The outdoor components encourages free and meandering pedestrian flow from the existing park to the main street as well as from the plaza to the mall located on the East end of the site. Toward the South-West end of the site, the idea is to create smaller building blocks with the scales that are much similar to the existing Senior Centre and pavilion houses. This allow a smooth visual transition between the old and the new, and also create seamless pedestrian experience from the park to the project.
